As many of you know, we really do not like to ban cards from an
environment and try to avoid it, if at all possible. While we have
been hoping to avoid doing so, the Kotei results thus far make it
evident that we will not be able to wait for Moto Chagatai Experienced
4 to naturally cycle out of the environment at the end of Samurai
Edition. He is simply a Negative Play Experience in every aspect of
the phrase. Not only do players hate to lose to turn 3 Moto Chagatai
xp. 4, but many Unicorn players hate to win that way.

So after much debate and careful consideration, we have decided that
this can not be allowed to continue through the duration of Samurai
Edition. Effective Friday, May 1st, Moto Chagatai Experienced 4 will
no longer be legal for tournament play.

I hope that all will see that even though they may not like this, it
is the right thing to do for the game. Thank you.
